Now in its eighth year, the study measures consumer perceptions of trustworthiness for retail banking institutes and identifies the issues that influence consumer opinion.

New Ponemon Study Points to Need for Smart Grid Education

Technologically advanced electrical meters – devices that monitor power usage information from the consumer and transmit that information back to the utility company – are being introduced in many areas around the country, raising concerns relative to the level of detail and conclusions that can be drawn from the data they collect.
